New appointments require 30min of intake paperwork followed by a full history and exam. Please arrive 30min prior to your appointment. You can ask for the intake paperwork to be emailed to you to cut down to 60 min appt time.

Patients are seen by appointment only

New patients require a referral from the physician referring them with last note regarding diagnosis or problem to be addressed. (Exceptions are made)

Dr. Hernandez Drozdowicz answers calls and books her own appointments. She will get back to you!
